Quality Care at Competitive Rates
We believe quality mental health care should be accessible and straightforward. Our goal is to make the financial side of therapy as clear as possible, so you can focus on your care.
What Sets Us Apart
At Just Keep Swimming Counseling, we believe that access to quality mental health care shouldn't be limited by financial barriers. That's why we offer a variety of payment options, accept multiple insurance plans, and provide reduced-fee sessions with supervised Graduate-Level Clinicians.
Our team is committed to making the process as simple as possible. Whether you're using insurance, paying out of pocket, or exploring reduced-fee services, we'll help you understand your options and find the provider that's the best fit for your needs.
We believe getting started with therapy should feel welcoming—not overwhelming. From your first phone call to your first appointment, we're here to make quality mental health care accessible, transparent, and supportive.
Insurance
We work with a variety of insurance providers to help make mental health care more accessible. We are in-network with:
Aetna
Blue Cross Blue Shield
Optum
Tricare
UMR
United Healthcare
We also participate in the VA Community Care Network.
If you have an out-of-network PPO plan, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Please note that insurance participation varies by clinician, so not every provider is in-network with every plan. Our team is happy to verify your benefits and help you understand your coverage before your first appointment.

We understand that every client’s situation is different. Whether you don’t have insurance or prefer not to use your benefits, self-pay is always an option.
We offer self-pay appointments with both licensed clinicians and Graduate-Level Clinicians. Graduate-Level Clinicians provide compassionate, evidence-based care under the supervision of licensed professionals, allowing us to offer reduced-fee sessions while maintaining high standards of quality.
Our self-pay rates vary by clinician and appointment type. If you're unsure which option is right for you, our team is happy to discuss your needs and help you find a provider that fits both your goals and your budget.

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your mental health care will cost. If you are uninsured or not using insurance (self-pay), federal law requires healthcare providers to give you an estimate of the expected charges for services. This estimate is not a contract and does not obligate you to receive services. You may request updates to your estimate at any time. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the charge through the federal patient-provider dispute resolution process. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
