Provider Referrals

We collaborate closely with medical and mental health providers to support continuity of care. If you are a medical or mental healthcare provider, you may submit your referral details to Just Keep Swimming Counseling. Our team will review the request within 48 hours and coordinate directly with the patient to arrange scheduling and guide them through the next steps.
